Just a reminder about dogs in this hot weather.
Dogs (or any animal) shouldn’t be left in cars. Even with the window open this isn’t sufficient enough and can cause serious health implications and potentially be fatal. If you come across a dog that has been left in a car have a look at this guide line on what you should do:
You also need to be extra careful when walking them as the pavements are extremely hot. You might not realise with your shoes on but they can actually burn their paws.
Please check the pavement before you go out early morning or late evening to ensure it’s safe to do so.
